Q: | Sound from non-active channel gets interrupted. |
A: | This can be caused by one of the following reasons:
1. The sound level from that channel is not sufficient for the reliable sound switching in SoundSwitch mode. Increase the sound volume in the Control panel of that computer. Alternatively consider to disable the SoundSwitch mode.
2. Some audio cables coming from the KVM switch are not connected (or not properly connected) to the computers. Either connect the cables properly or disconnect them completely. |
