To use this charger as a powerbank, you need to insert one or more 3.7V lithium-ion rechargable batteries

After software installation, the computer must be restarted.

Since a certain Windows 10 update, it's necessary to change privacy settings in Windows to allow these video grabbers to work. Specifically, this setting must be checked: Start - Settings - Privacy - Camera - Allow apps to access your camera: ON
